To make an appointment, please call Beauty Secrets Day Spa & Beauty Clinic +64-6-835 5340 or alternatively you can book online.

Day Spa Package bookings: 30% deposit will be required at time of booking.

Group bookings may attract a 50% deposit surcharge.

Please enquire at time of booking. All major credit cards and eftpos facilities are available.

OPENING HOURS

Your Visit

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service time. This will give you time to complete a questionnaire and if applicable get changed. If you are running late, we appreciate being notified of the delay. In order to respect our client's schedules, all service visits must end at their scheduled times.

Beauty Secrets Day Spa may provide slippers, towels, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and protective underwear for body treatments. Facilities are available to blow-dry hair and re-apply makeup.

Please be advised:

• Men should shave in advance of facials, but not immediately before the facial to prevent skin irritation.
• Shaving immediately before body scrubs or wrap treatments is not recommended.
• Eating immediately prior to massage is not recommended.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours notice is appreciated. If you are unable to provide this, a cancellation fee may be charged.

Day Spa Package bookings: 30% deposit will be required at time of booking. All major credit cards and eftpos facilities are available. This deposit is non-refundable within 48 hours of treatment and 50% refundable within 72 hours cancellation.

The clinics answerphone service is available for bookings and/or cancellations before and after hours. All appointments will be confirmed the day before by one of our therapists.
